The Grievance Cell (GC) aims to look into the complaints lodged by any student/parents and redress it as per requirement. The students can state their grievance regarding academic and non-academic matter (Ragging cases, sexual harassment and Examination related). The students can lodge their complaints related to different categories like ragging / fees / TC etc. on the SGVU Help desk portal at www.gyanvihar.org/help-desk or reach to UGC e-Samadhan portal https://samadhaan.ugc.ac.in/ for any other queries.
