It is notified for the general information of all listed Diploma/UG/PG/Ph.D. pass-out students of 2024-2025, who have no financial and other dues of University and their parents, that the 14th Convocation of Suresh Gyan Vihar University will be celebrated on 22nd Nov. 2025 at the New Auditorium, Acharya Purushottam Uttam Bhavan, Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur. The timings of the 14th Convocation Ceremony will be from 3.00 PM to 5.00 PM. The students who have any dues, of the university are advised to clear their dues quite well before the convocation date and latest before 17.11.2025. The list of pass-out students with “No-Dues” who are invited to join the Convocation will be published shortly. All students are advised to consult in the Finance Department of the University regarding the dues status in their own interest before 17.11.2025 under any circumstances.

The students desirous to get their Degrees are required to fill up the attached forms with the prescribed fee and the dues (if any) and send it to “The Registrar, Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Mahal, Jagatpura, Jaipur” at E-mail Address: dy.registrar@mygyanvihar.com; finance@mygyanvihar.com on or before 17 Nov. 2025. The prescribed fee shall also be deposited ‘Online’ as per the procedure mentioned in attached application form & thereafter, the filled-up Forms can be sent on the above e-mail addresses with scanned attachments.
