Suresh Gyan Vihar University (SGVU) is designated as a Nodal Center for the national Virtual Labs initiative, enabling remote access to 175+ labs and 1,590+ web-enabled experiments.
Virtual Labs is an initiative under the National Mission on Education through ICT (NMEICT), coordinated by IIT Delhi with a consortium of premier institutes. It provides anytime, anywhere access to simulation-based experiments across disciplines in science and engineering.
Subject: Virtual Labs Nodal Center
With reference to SGVU’s Expression of Interest (EOI) submitted on 11 July 2025, the Institute is designated as a Nodal Center for Virtual Labs. Dr. Amit Tiwari is accepted as the Institute Nodal Coordinator (INC). This approval is valid up to 31 December 2025, subject to Terms & Conditions and subsequent directives issued by the MoE from time to time.

Complements existing labs; ideal where specialized equipment or trained instructors are limited.
