The projects in school of engineering are an important part of the curriculum. The students here are emphasized more on practical learning rather than just theoretical concepts of respective branch of engineering. Whatever they are learning in theory subjects, their concepts should be properly understood by them and this can be done only if they prepare good projects, implementing their knowledge and apply engineering theory concepts.
Failures will come their way while trying and preparing their projects but learning process also happens at the same time. Moreover during the project making, the students also learn the meaning of the word “Team work” and they understand that if every member of their project team interacts, understand and perform their individual task well, then only their projects will be completed successfully with full optimism, sincerity and within time limits. Our motive is that all projects should have application in the real world and their innovative project ideas and output are brought into research papers for publishing in national and international journals which proves that student work is genuine and it also boosts student’s morale and dedication towards their work.
Well the students have three kinds of projects namely lab projects, mini projects and major projects. Lab projects are carried out in every semester in every lab for better understanding of subject and lab. Mini project is completed by students in 6th semester and major project is processed and submitted in 7th semester.
