Capt. Rajat Ranu, Indian Army

A communicator, Influencer and a Patriot. Rajat always had clarity of thought, knowledge, confidence, courage and conviction in himself and his goals. When he joined SGVU he said, “Real time exposure was immense throughout my duration with the University. It made me realize that the learning environment makes the biggest difference in life”. Rajat joined SGVU in 2011 in B.Tech - Electronics & Communication. While studying with us, he started preparing for his ultimate goal - The Indian Army. He took rigorous physical training apart from studying to keep the stress out and be fit.

He adds, “My parent’s stories of life inspired him greatly to achieve my childhood goal of getting into the Indian Army. I love the Olive green color and it is a pride to be every Indian's soul of happiness”. Rajat loves to watch movies of great concept and visualization. He is a communicator and loves to narrate stories of his experiences and learning. He strongly believes, “You don’t have to run fast to achieve your goals. You just have to RUN.”
