Rahul joined us for M.Sc. Microbiology in 2004. He was excellent in Molecular Biology, Microbial Genetics and Biostatistics. He gained practical knowledge and polished his interpersonal and leadership skills. Apart from being an intelligent student, he was good in co-curricular activities and was a member of the University's Cricket team. He started his career with Zydus Cadila in 2010 and got promoted to Deputy Manager in 2013 with his hard work and dedication to complete all his tasks on given time.
Rahul is currently working with Rajasthan Antibiotics Ltd. (RAL) as a manager in Bhiwadi, he has over 7 Years of experience in sterile & Regulatory plant. He is proficient in Inventory Optimization, procurement strategies, Alternate vendor sourcing and cost savings. His KRA’s are to implement all compliances, regulations and audits relating to the pharmaceutical industry (GMP, cGMP, USFDA, ANVISA) and documentation support to the inter-department for above compliances.
In his spare time, he likes to read novels and surf the internet. He likes watching bollywood movies and is a fan of Shahrukh Khan. He also likes to gully cricket on sunday mornings to keep the stress at bay. He strongly believes that, “ We need to accept that we won’t always make the right decisions, that we’ll screw up royally sometimes – understanding that failure is not the opposite of success, it’s part of success.”
