Pratiksha Sharma, HR Associate, Aarika HR Solutions

Pratiksha was polished, skilled and had excellent communication skills in her batch. She had excellent C programming skills, Java Programming and Software project management. She joined in 2011 for a Master’s in Computer Application Program. Apart from computers, Pratiksha had interest in Human Resource and she started preparing herself for the same and later pursued her dreams of getting into Human resource management. She went under rigorous training for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. She also gained experience in handling employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. Pratiksha is currently working as a Human Resource Associate with Aarika HR Solutions where she is responsible for policy direction, leading meetings such as exit interviews, directing and coordinating the administrative functions of the organization.

Apart from work, Pratiksha loves to practice the art of giving. She loves to donate her old things like, Clothes, Shoes, and Electronics etc to the needy ones. She believes in the practice of sharing and she feels the things which are useless for us with time are very valuable for others. So any point of time you are done with something. Pass it On!! Spread Happiness!!

She loves visiting’s NGO’s and in the future would want to run a campaign Animal Safety. A message for fellow students, “ Don’t limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve.”
