Mahesh knew he wanted to make his career successful in the field of Pharmacy. Mahesh joined us for a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy program in the year 2005. His process of continuous learning and dedication serve him wonders. He was an extraordinary student of his batch with big dreams in his eyes. Right after completing his degree with us, he joined BITS for his Master’s in Pharmacy where he was awarded “Best student in Academics”. In 2012, Mahesh started his career as an Analytical Scientist at Mylan Laboratories Ltd. where he was working on Analytical method development.
In July 2013, he Joined Biocon as a Senior Research Scientist where he was responsible for Analytical method development and Validation, Development report preparation, Method transfer, STP/SOP/EOP/IOP Preparation, QbD Implementation, and handling of analytical instruments HPLC, UPLC,DSC,TGA, Dissolution instrument. In May 2015, he was appointed as Research Scientist at IPDO at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories where he served for two years and was responsible for the Testing Solid oral dosage forms by HPLC, UV, UPLC, GC, XRD, KF.
Mahesh is currently working as a Drugs Inspector at Govt. of India from Jun 2017. HE has had a good exposure of different software's (Empower, Open Lab, Cromileon, Design expert 9, Minitab, iXlc). This experience has enhanced his strengths in areas of development, validations, Patents & IP, regulatory & management aspects. He also has a thorough knowledge of ANDA filing in Regulated markets.
In his leisure time, he likes to read books. In Indian authors he likes, APJ Abdul Kalam’s - Wings of Fire and Adamya Sahas. He also follows current affairs and International news which are his core interests. A message for fellow students, “ Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions.
