Lal Mohan Mahto, SPHINX World Biz Ltd., as a Design Engineer

I received a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from SGVU in year 2016, although always wanted to be a cricketer or fitness trainer, but the course of Mechanical Engineering fascinated me because I thought that I could learn about materials, solid and fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, instrumentation, design and manufacturing.

After getting a master degree in Mechanical Engineering, I started my career at Tech Mahindra in 2017-19.

Presently working at SPHINX World Biz Ltd, as a Design Engineer, I feel proud of myself because Sphinx is a modern Engineering Company with a professional outfit which is dedicated to provide high quality design and product development services.

I am a confident person and works with a team of Engineers and MBAs from premier institutes. I love playing cricket. My mantra for young engineers “to set a goal and not to give up ever”
