We’re proud to spotlight Jitendra Sharma as an accomplished alumnus of Suresh Gyan Vihar University, whose career journey is a powerful example of how strong academic foundations, paired with determination and vision, can lead to remarkable success.
At SGVU, Jitendra built his engineering foundation through hands-on labs, real-world exposure, and expert mentorship—gaining the confidence and discipline to thrive in the industry.
He began his career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Balkrishna Tyres (BKT) and later contributed significantly at JK Industries (Gwalior) and DCM Shriram Ltd., where he achieved an impressive 9 consecutive A-grade performance ratings (2012–2021)—a rare feat that reflects his technical excellence and consistency.
In 2021, Jitendra took on a larger leadership role at Century Enka Ltd., where he spearheaded transformative projects exceeding ₹300 Cr in value. Notable milestones include:
- Commissioning a ₹35 Cr German machine remotely during COVID—without on-site supplier support.
- Advanced technical training in China in 2023, followed by successful installation of a critical production machine.
Constantly investing in self-growth, Jitendra earned the title of Chartered Engineer (2023) and completed his MBA in Operations Management (2024) to enhance his leadership and project management acumen.
