Ms. Dipshi as an idealistic and enthusiastic person enrolled herself in B.tech Electronics & Communication Engineering, Coming to SGVU, she was grateful for the range of opportunities that existed in the academic, nonacademic and extracurricular communities that she was a part of. She was placed in the Corporate Axis and I-Tech Community, which helped her in enhancing her skills by coordinating several events like HR Summit, Hackathon and various academic opportunities. She also did various certifications in HR like Professional in Learning and Performance and SHRM. Each of these certifications sparked her interest towards the recruitment process while providing her with valuable skills enhancement.
She was impressed and humbled by seeing the dedication and passion of Industrial Mentors and even more impressed by how generous and willing the faculties of SGVU put efforts to make the whole thing possible. These interactions helped her in clarifying her interests and even opened the door to some better job and internship opportunities provided by the Training and Placement Cell of SGVU. She joined her first company Mastech Inc. as a Technical Recruiter.
She joined an alumni club of SGVU where she has involved herself in taking motivational sessions, guest lectures and alumni meet. Simultaneously, she manages to keep a pace with her career too as she is currently working with Deloitte Private Limited, an MNC as a Senior Analyst which makes her our star alumni. Mantra for her life is – “If you want to be happy and bright, let go of your need to always be right”.
