A keen planner with proficiency in enhancing the Quality standards and related operations like, IPQA, OCMS, QMS, Change Management, Complaint Management, Training Compliance, Licensing Activities, Legal Compliance Management and proficiency in implementation of the same has made Amit reach all the milestones of his career. Amit joined us in 2010 with great zeal and enthusiasm to shine bright in the field of Pharmaceuticals. After completing his Master’s in Pharmacy with us in 2012, he didn’t stop challenging himself and enrolled for a Master's in Business Administration program from Sikkim Manipal University in 2013 where his specialization was Total Quality Management.
In August 2013, Amit started working for Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd. as a Quality Assurance Executive where he was responsible for all FDA activities like getting:-Form 25 & 28, “Schedule M” Certification, Form 29, Additional Product Permission, WHO-GMP Certification, COPP Permission, Non-Conviction Certificates and Handling of Change Control (From initiation to closure) for two years. Amit also worked with Dr Reddy’s Laboratories as Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance from Dec 2015 to March 2018. He is currently working with Novartis as a Specialist - Global Complaint Management where his KRA’s are to Perform Product Quality service operations like:- Technical complaints, Technical deviations, Product change requests and Product release etc.
In his leisure time, he loves to read fiction books and magazines and keep himself updated. He also likes to surround himself with motivated people and advises everybody to do the same. A message for fellow students, “Smart people learn from everything and everyone, average people from their experiences, stupid people already have all the answers.” Be a smart person and learn from everything in life.
