Suresh Gyan Vihar University (SGVU) successfully hosted the HR Conclave 2025 on February 28, 2025, bringing together industry leaders, HR professionals, and students. Focused on Agile HR, the event explored evolving HR strategies, workforce adaptability, and the role of technology in shaping the future of human resources.
The conclave began with a grand inaugural ceremony, where esteemed dignitaries were welcomed and felicitated. The Hon’ble Director of SGVU delivered a welcome address, emphasizing the importance of bridging the gap between academia and industry in today’s dynamic HR landscape.
The event featured invited talks by leading HR professionals. Ms. Poorvi Sareen (Ask Insights) shared insights on HR transformation and leadership, while Gaurav Badhwar (TimesPro, The Times Group) highlighted emerging employability trends. Aishwarya Anand (Axis Bank) discussed innovations in talent acquisition, and Ms. Tapti Bhattacharya (Apex Hospital) shared strategies for HR excellence in the healthcare sector. Ms. Deepika Joshi (Fortis Escorts Hospital) explored HR leadership challenges and solutions.
A panel discussion on “Agile HR: Adapting HR Strategies to a Rapidly Changing Workforce” was moderated by Prof. T.K. Jain, featuring industry experts from TimesPro, Axis Bank, Fortis Escorts Hospital, and Apex Hospital. The discussion delved into agile methodologies in HR, AI-driven HR innovations, and strategies to enhance workplace adaptability.
Student engagement remained a key focus with a breakout session, “A Day in the Life of an HR Manager,” where students participated in a role-play activity showcasing real-world HR challenges. An interactive HR Trivia quiz kept the energy high, ensuring an engaging learning experience.
