Admission Process
 Application form can be obtained by paying cash of Rs.
500/- at the admission office or by sending a Bank DD of
Rs 500/- in favor of ‘Gyan Vihar Universe’ payable at
Jaipur. The form can also be downloaded from our website
http://www.gyanvihar.org. In case of downloading,
the duly filled form must be sent along with a Demand
Draft of Rs. 500/- in favor of Gyan Vihar Universe
payable at Jaipur, before the last date.
A student can get himself/herself registered
in the Gyan Vihar University by sending a duly filled
application form. All the students shall have to appear
in the Entrance Exam (either conducted by Gyan Vihar
Universe or any other concerned authority like RPET,
AIEEE, MAT, RMAT, GATE, PTET, RPPT etc.) . At the
time of declaration of result of entrance exam, students
who wish to reserve their seat will have to deposit 50%
of the total course fee as confirmation fee by cash or
Bank D.D in favor Gyan Vihar Universe payable at Jaipur
at the admission office of Gyan Vihar within a weeks’
time. Day Scholars will have to deposit their remaining
Annual fee within 15 days of the date of deposition of
confirmation fee, otherwise admission will be treated as
canceled and the deposited confirmation fee will be
forfeited. However hostlers can deposit their remaining
Annual fee in installments. The first installments,
alongwith the hostel fee must be deposit within 15 days
of deposition of the confirmation fee and the second
installment shall have to be deposited before 30th
October.
The names of the Short listed Candidates selected to
attend the GD/PI / final selection round will be
published in our website.

Candidates selected to attend the interview will be
informed of the date and time through Telephone/ sms /
e-mail.
Candidate must be physically present for counseling and
admission. By failing to be present for counseling the
candidate forfeits the right to admission.

Norms:
1.
Fees
once paid is non-refundable/non adjustable in any case.
2.
There will be late fine of Rs. 50/- per day after
last date for another 15 days.
3. After
the last date, the student name will be struck off from
the University rolls. Once the name of the student is
struck of from University rolls the student will have to
take readmission. The readmission fee is Rs. 4000/-.
4.
After
one month of last date of fee deposition readmission
case will not be considered.
5. All
payments will be in form of a Bank DD in favour of Gyan
Vihar Universe payable at Jaipur. |
