Grievance handling of International and National students. Anyone with a grievance to
him/her can approach the department members in person, or in consultation with the
officer in-charge, SMILES. In case the person is unwilling to appear in self, grievances
may also be sent through email to the officer in-charge, SMILES.
The community’s work is to make the students feel at home and bring the smile on their face by solving their petty problems of day to day life specially of new students.
