Encourage innovation, promote teamwork, identify startup projects, and build collaborative platform for schools and colleges.

Engineering, BCA, MCA, MSc (CS/IT), Schools (Classes 9–12). Teams up to 5 members (interdisciplinary allowed). One Team Leader required, optional mentor encouraged.

Round I: Poster & Video Submission

Objective: Initial screening of innovative and feasible ideas
Activities:
  • Poster presentation of innovative idea
  • 5-10 minute video explaining concept
  • Wireframes, logic flow, initial design
Judging Parameters: Problem Relevance, Innovation, Feasibility, Clarity of Solution

Round II: Development Phase I (Virtual)

💻 Online Platform 5-6 Hours
Objective: Build functional prototype with enhanced coding, UI/UX, and backend integration
Activities:
  • Remote prototype development
  • Real-time progress tracking
  • Virtual mentor guidance
  • Code repository & presentation submission
Judging Parameters: Technical Execution, UI/UX Enhancement, Functionality & Innovation, Adherence to Timeline

Final Round: Development Phase II

🏢 SGVU Campus, Jaipur 6 Hours
Objective: Build working prototype with complete product/MVP development and presentation
Activities:
  • On-campus final integration & polishing
  • Mentor support available
  • Final pitch and live demo
  • Expert panel evaluation

Round II: Development Phase I (Virtual)

Rules & Regulations

Important guidelines for participation in Jaipur Cybrathon 2025

General Rules

  • Team size: Up to 5 members (interdisciplinary teams allowed)
  • All participants must belong to eligible streams
  • Ideas must be original (no plagiarism allowed)
  • Internet and personal devices are permitted
  • No external help or code sharing permitted
  • Each team must have one Team Leader
  • One mentor per team (optional but encouraged)

Venue Guidelines

  • Teams must stay within premises during final rounds
  • ID card and team tag mandatory at all times
  • Wi-Fi, power supply, rest zone & amenities provided
  • Code must be developed during the Cybrathon
  • Food and refreshments available on campus
  • Students from outside Jaipur: arrive one day prior

Judging Process

  • Judges' decision will be final and binding
  • Any rule violation leads to immediate disqualification
  • Teams must submit code and presentation before deadline
  • Real-time monitoring during virtual rounds
  • Expert panel evaluation for final round
  • Transparency in scoring and feedback process

Code of Conduct

  • Respectful behavior towards all participants and judges
  • No harassment or discriminatory language
  • Professional conduct during on-campus event
  • Proper use of university facilities and resources
  • Follow mentor guidance and technical support
  • Maintain academic integrity throughout competition
