Rules & Regulations

Important guidelines for participation in Jaipur Cybrathon 2025

General Rules

  • Team size: Up to 5 members (interdisciplinary teams allowed)
  • All participants must belong to eligible streams
  • Ideas must be original (no plagiarism allowed)
  • Internet and personal devices are permitted
  • No external help or code sharing permitted
  • Each team must have one Team Leader
  • One mentor per team (optional but encouraged)

Venue Guidelines

  • Teams must stay within premises during final rounds
  • ID card and team tag mandatory at all times
  • Wi-Fi, power supply, rest zone & amenities provided
  • Code must be developed during the Cybrathon
  • Food and refreshments available on campus
  • Students from outside Jaipur: arrive one day prior

Judging Process

  • Judges' decision will be final and binding
  • Any rule violation leads to immediate disqualification
  • Teams must submit code and presentation before deadline
  • Real-time monitoring during virtual rounds
  • Expert panel evaluation for final round
  • Transparency in scoring and feedback process

Code of Conduct

  • Respectful behavior towards all participants and judges
  • No harassment or discriminatory language
  • Professional conduct during on-campus event
  • Proper use of university facilities and resources
  • Follow mentor guidance and technical support
  • Maintain academic integrity throughout competition
