The Corporate M.B.A. program is designed to integrate management theories with workplace applications to provide students with the intellectual and analytic skills demanded by organizations today.
The two-year MBA (Corporate) is the flagship programme of ISBM. It is designed to equip students with the skills and capabilities that will enable them to reach responsible global positions in management. The MBA (Corporate) revolves around the principle that world-class business leaders are not mass-produced; they are nurtured and developed with personalized care and attention, in small work groups and teams, and in a practical, application-oriented, student friendly environment.

The Programme consists of 4 Semesters spread over a period of two years having following programme structure:
Specialization courses: marketing, finance, Human Resource Management and Information technology & Systems
Sectoral specialization courses such as retail management, finance & banking services, telecommunications etc.
Industrial internship & research based project
Summer Internship Programme is an attempt to bridge the gap between theory and practices to imbibe best management practices. The duration of SIP is 12-15 weeks (approximately three months) during the intervening period between the close of semester II and the commencement of Semester III.
Winter training is an attempt to initiate the students into management career through interaction with managers of the organization at which the training is undertaken. The duration of winter training is 4-5 weeks (approximately one month) during the intervening period between the close of semester III and the commencement of Semester IV.
Comprehensive research study/ project under the guidance of faculty
Students are encouraged to pursue live projects and operational workouts to enhance their learning by applying theoretical concepts to industry situations
The pedagogy includes lectures, classroom discussions, peer learning, case studies simulations, project work, group studies and participation in national and international seminars and competitions. Students are given application oriented exercises
ISBM initiated industrial mentoring to provide valuable support and guidance to the students. In this students are linked up with a industrial mentor (business executive/alumnae) who will guide and advise them on their future career development. The aim of industrial mentoring is to offer opportunity to the student to gain relevant work experience, enhance their employability skills and to receive support from business executives working in a relevant industry sector.
